GemQuest is an in-store presentation used by jewelery sales associates as a visual aid while they educate customers on diamond and jewelery basics. I made the presentation interactive to allow associates to access more information only when needed. This made it possible for newer associates to perform well on-the-job more quickly. More experienced associates have mastered the information, so they could use the presentation without having to reveal the additional text to customers.
