Writing Promo Docs Training Website
Before this training, there was no central point-of-view on how to write promotion documents at Amazon. I conducted a series of focus groups to collect tribal knowledge and understand needs. I also took a course on business writing to become my own writing subject matter expert. A comprehensive, example- and practice-rich training website was the result. It was responsive, fully accessible, and included dynamic translation functionality based on user selection out of 12 languages.
